Park Sutton Advisors represents EP Wealth Advisors on its minority sale to Wealth Partners Capital Group
New York, NY – July 20, 2017 – Park Sutton Advisors, LLC (“Park Sutton Advisors”) is pleased to have served as financial advisor to EP Wealth Advisors, a fee-only investment advisory and financial planning firm with approximately $3 billion in assets under management, on its strategic partnership with Wealth Partners Capital Group (“WPCG”), a financial services aggregator based in West Palm Beach, Florida. Park Sutton Advisors jointly advised with Advice Dynamics Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed and the management of EP Wealth Advisors will continue its daily operations.
