Donald is a 30-year veteran of the financial services industry. His expertise spans a range of disciplines including corporate finance, portfolio management, capital markets, and strategic planning. Prior to Park Sutton Advisors, he was a Director at Eagle Bay Advisors, a multi-family office headquartered in New York. Here, Donald was a member of the investment committee and held leadership roles within business development and operations.
Previously, Donald was a Managing Director for a boutique investment bank where he performed merger and acquisition advisory services for companies within the financial services industry, with a particular focus on the asset and wealth management industries. Prior, he held positions in investment banking as well as equity research for Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc., and as a senior financial institutions group lending officer at several global banking institutions, including Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Inc.
Donald received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Fairfield University and a Master of Science Degree in Financial Management from Boston University. He is also a CFA charter holder. Donald has been a United Way Big Brother for three decades, a volunteer at Burke Rehabilitation in White Plains, NY and has previously held Board positions with the Peter Stuyvesant Little League, Manhattan Kickers FC, and the Woodstock Owners Corporation.
