Matt has over 20 years of international experience in corporate development, strategy, and finance, having completed M&A transactions domestically and in Europe and Asia with an aggregate valuation of over $1 Billion.
Prior to Park Sutton Advisors, Matt founded Baroudr LLC, a consulting firm to help businesses fine-tune strategy, raise institutional capital, execute M&A, build financial controls, and institute business processes. He also assumed fractional leadership positions, most recently as Chief Operating Officer of Iterate labs, an early-stage Industrial Internet of Things company.
Matt guest lectures and advises MBA candidates on consulting and project management skills at Cornell University. He is also a Board Member of GEEO: Global Exploration for Educators Organization, a non-profit that subsidizes and facilitates travel for teachers and educators.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the SI Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
He is an avid cyclist, races in his spare time, and volunteers to support adaptive veterans in an annual 112-mile bike ride from Arlington to Gettysburg.
