(“Mercer”), a leading privately-owned registered investment adviser (“RIA”) with over $28 billion in assets under management and headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Based in San Diego, California, EWF is an RIA that services approximately 1,300 clients with assets of $740 million, that focuses on financial planning and working with pre-retirees and retirees. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
