Park Sutton Advisors, a Waller Helms Company (“Park Sutton Advisors”) is pleased to have represented Socius Family Office (“Socius”) on its acquisition by Corient Private Wealth (“Corient”), one of the fastest growing wealth managers in the U.S. with over $160 billion in Assets Under Management (“AUM”) and headquartered in Miami, FL. Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL with $915 million in AUM, Socius is a multi-family office providing comprehensive wealth management to HNW individuals and professional athletes. Co-founded by ex-NFL players Rob Konrad and Mark Baniewicz, the firm specializes in servicing professional athletes and advising on Name, Image, and Likeness (“NIL”) for amateur athletes. This marks Park Sutton’s 5th transaction with Corient.
